It’s wonderful to be a guest on your blog, Marie. Thanks so much for inviting me.
Tell us a
little about yourself.
My past has
so many twists and turns it would take a book to explain––in fact, I wrote that
book and the story catapulted my writing career. Discovering my rock, the dad
who raised me wasn’t my biological father spiraled my life into a tempest of
secrets and lies that profoundly changed my life. Finding four sisters and a brother
I never knew existed is just the tip of the tsunami. If your readers are
interested, my memoir is available on Amazon. Here is a world-wide Amazon link
to Wingless Butterfly~Healing The Broken Child Within: myBook.to/WinglessButterfly
The book is written like the whispers of a friend and reads more like a
novel than a memoir, so if memoirs aren’t your cup of tea, this book may
surprise you.
What do like the most and the least about writing?
I love the writing experience. It’s like opening a door into another
world every time I open my WIP on my computer. Reality fades into the distance
and my characters take me on a journey. I have an idea where the roads lead,
but my hero and heroine write my stories.
The worst part of writing for me is definitely marketing. It’s a learning
curve I never expected and had no interest in discovering.
The lake is filled with mystery, strange occurrences and, disappearances.
Blurb:
Piper Taylor concedes she’ll never fall in love, until a treacherous storm spirals her into the arms of the handsome Nick Cramer. Unrelenting remorse over a past relationship haunts Nick, but he can’t deny the mysterious connection and hot desire Piper evokes.
The allure of a secret portal hidden beneath Atlanta’s Lake Lanier tempts him into seizing the opportunity to change his mistakes. But his time slip triggers consequences beyond his wildest dreams.
Can Piper avoid the international espionage and terrorism of 2001 New York, find Nick, and bring him home before he alters the fabric of time, or will the lovers drift forever Beyond The Mist?
Is there anything you want to tell readers?
Yes. Book one in my Lake Lanier Mysteries is on sale this week for only
$0.99. Beneath The Lake is the prequel to Beyond The Mist. It’s not necessary
to read Book 1 first, but Beneath The Lake is where the series began and a
wonderful companion with familiar characters.
Thanks again for hosting me, Marie.

Thanks so much for hosting me and my new release, Beyond The Mist. The launch is almost here and so many authors are supporting me. I'm truly humbled.
Wow, interesting life, Casi! And I think a lot of authors are not prepared for the marketing side of things. Luckily, we all help each other out. Good luck with your book!
