The Fun of being a Writer

Yes, being a writer can be fun.

It is also hard work, sometimes I just want to throw in the towel, but luckily that attitude doesn't last long.

The fun part of being a writer.  Dreaming up a new book.

That's what I've been doing.  I have the opportunity to be part of a series with other authors with my publisher so I've been play with the idea I've submitted.

I haven't gotten far yet, but thought I'd share.

Or course it's an erotic romance and I finally decided my heroine is a vet.  The hero rescues a dog and brings it into her.

Cover Reveal

It's been an interesting week.  I will be attending a BDSM Writers Conference in New York this month and as part of that I was asked if I would like to be in an anthology with other writers attending the conference.

Of course I said yes.

The catch, the story had to be 5,000 words or less, and it had to be in  no later than July 31.  Okay, I could do that.  And I did. But the edits turn around time was 24-48 hours.  Now that was a challenge, because when I got them I was knee deep working on another book.

But I got them done and I'm happy to say the book is now available.
